- sustainable development of the liberalized electricity market in clear, transparent and predictable rules;
- creating a sustainable environment for dialogue and cooperation between employers and public institutions in a national and global scale,
- supporting implementation of state policy in the energy field;
“The purpose to establish the new Chamber is to support the dialogue on energy sector reforms. An year ago, the government began implementing a series of legislative measures aimed at stabilizing the sector and the real result of them is visible. We are confident that we, the employers in the energy market, can contribute to further stabilization of the sector, the introduction of liberalized market and the conquest of the energy of the place that it always has looked after – a pillar of the Bulgarian economy”, said Olivier Marquette.
“As a long-term investor in Bulgaria EVN has always supported integration into the single energy market of the European Union. This integration is associated with a number of challenges, such as the forthcoming full liberalization of the market. The best answer to these challenges are expert decisions and transparency. This will be the contribution of the National Energy Association: sharing knowledge, experience and professional solutions” said Robert Dick.
